The first 4 weeks were split prototype development for this and a project that was cancelled (We had to choose one to continue developing), the rest were active development.

We were required to use UE4 for this trimester (We had to learn to use both Unity and UE4 at SAE).

Things I made
CHARACTER CONTROLLER

UE4 Blueprint
I didn't do the movement for the player character, but I did set up the animation blueprint, the inventory system (Based on the Pip-boy 3000 from Fallout), and the player's Interaction with the AI.
AI CHARACTERS
UE4 Blueprint/Blackboard/Behaviour Tree
I made the AI Characters (the models and animations were from mixamo). I did the animation blueprint, and the behavior tree/blackboard
SAVE & LOAD SYSTEM
UE4 Blueprint
I made a save system where the player can save and reload their game at any point at the cost of a specific resource.
LEVEL STREAMING
UE4 Blueprint
I set up level streaming for our game to allow us to make a rather large map without completely destroying performance, and I got it to work with our AI characters and item pickups
END CUTSCENE
UE4 Sequencer
I made a quick end cutscene for this game using UE4's sequencer tools
